EZ Order 2.0

LOGIN

  • Access EZ ORDER via the internet at http://www.buyguernsey.com
  • Sign In by entering your user name and password.  Password is case sensitive.
    • After entering your log in information, click on "Go".
    • If a security box appears, click "Yes".
  • If ordering for more then one ship-to/department, select the correct one and click on the name.

PLACING AN ORDER

  • Use Quick Order for any item you have a product number for.
    • Click on the Quick Order button on the right-hand pane
    • Enter your 1st item in the "Item No." field using the manufacturer code and number. (Example: AVE5160)
    • Tab to Qty field and enter a quantity (Do not add unit of measure)
    • Tab to Line Comment field.  Adding comment here is for your information. (Optional)
    • Tab to next line in order to continue placing your order.
    • When finished entering items, click "Add To Cart."
  • Search Catalog by Product Categories
    • Select & Click on Main Category at the top of the page.– Office Supplies, Technology, etc.
    • Select a Category on the left side of the screen and click on the category.
    • Continue to refine your search by selecting & clicking on a listing under "Category", "Features", "Brands" or "Price".   Repeat this step as often as needed to refine you search.
    • To order a single item, adjust the quanity, then click on "
    • To order multiple items, adjust the quantity for each item to be ordered, then check the box to the right of the discription.  When finished selecting items, click on "Add Checked Items To Cart", which can be found at the top of bottom of you web page.
  • Search Catalog by Keyword, Manufacturer, or Item Number
    • Click in Search Field (top center of screen)
    • Type in search information and click the Go button
      • Keyword example – label
      • Manufacturer example – AVE or Avery
      • Item Number example – AVE5160 or 5160
    • Continue to refine your search by selecting & clicking on a listing under "Category", "Features", "Brands" or "Price".   Repeat this step as often as needed to refine you search.
    • To order a single item, adjust the quanity, then click on "
    • To order multiple items, adjust the quantity for each item to be ordered, then check the box to the right of the discription.  When finished selecting items, click on "Add Checked Items To Cart", which can be found at the top of bottom of you web page.
  • Use Favorites to access your most commonly ordered items
    • Click on Favorite Lists button on the right-hand pane
    • To order from your Personal Favorites List click on your list (You can create multiple personal favorites lists)
    • To order one item change the quantity in the Qty field and click Add to Cart button
    • To order multiple items click the checkbox to the left of the item, change the quantity in the Qty field for each item you are ordering and click the Add Checked Items to Cart button.
  • Custom List (if applicable) is now found under Favorites List
    • This is a list of your company's most commonly ordered items and is maintained by Guernsey Office Products.
    • To order one item change the quantity in the Qty field and click Add to Cart button
    • To order multiple items click the checkbox to the left of the item, change the quantity in the Qty field for each item you are ordering and click the Add Checked Items to Cart button.

Shopping Cart Options

  • To View Shopping Cart, click "View Cart" located at the top right hand section of the site (below the Account Information)
  • You can edit or delete line items in the cart.
    • Change quantity in "Qty" field and click the "Update Cart" button
    • Delete item by clicking the "X" located to right of the item.
    • Click "Continue Shopping" button to return to the main screen.
  • To Save your shopping cart, click on "Saved Cart"
    • Click in the field to the left of the "Saved Cart" button and enter a name for your cart.
      • Names can be - Dates, Numbers, Names, Letters or a combination
      • Can Save multiple carts, but each must have a unique name
    • Click Save
  • Click "Delete Cart" button to remove all items from your Shopping Cart
    • Click "OK" to delete entire cart
  • Click "Checkout" button to start the submission process.

Checkout Process

  • 1st Page
    • In the "Ship To" information enter a name in the "Contact Name" if not already filled in.
    • Select Payment Method - "On Account" or "By Credit Card"
      • If "On Account" make sure circle to the left of On Account is checked.
      • If "By Credit Card" select by clicking on the circle to the left of "By Credit Card".
        • If using Credit Card on file, click drop down arrow to select the proper credit card (last 4 digits will display)
        • If credit card is not on file, fill in the Credit Card information
          • If you would like your credit card information saved for future orders, check the box next to "Save This Card".
    •  P.O. Number - this is an optional field.  You can use numbers, letters, dates, names or a combination in this field.
    • "Order Comment" - Optional - This field is for delivery information.
    • Click "Next" to proceed in the checkout process
  •  2nd Page
    • Check to make sure order and shipping information is correct.
      • If correct, click the "Submit" button
        • Page will refresh and display "Your Confirmation Number"
        • To print out copy of order, scroll to bottom of order and click on the "Printer Friendly" button.
        • You will receive an email confirmation of your order.
      • If incorrect, click on the "Back" button to make appropriate changes.

 How To Setup Personal Favorites Lists

  • Click on "Favorite Lists" on the right hand pane.
  • Click in the box next to "Add New Favorites List"
  • Enter the Name you would like to give to your favorites list.
  • Click on "Add List" and screen will refresh and display your list name.

Adding Items to Favorites List(s)

  • From the Favorites List screen
    • Click on the list name you want to add the item or items to.
    • After screen refreshes, click in the box under "Item No"
    • Enter the item number - Example -  SAN30001
      • When entering item number, do not use dashes, slashes or spaces
    • Tab to the "Qty" field and screen will refresh to display description and quantity info
    • Enter a number in the "Qty" field then tab to enter the next item number
    • When finished entering items, click on "Submit"
    • List will then display with the items in it. 
  • Items can be added to your Personal Favorites List anywhere on the site where    is displayed.  This includes searches, shopping cart, custom list and Order History.
    • Click on
    • New box will open up with a list of your Personal Favorites lists
    • Select list you would like to add item to, adjust the quantity if you want more than 1, then click on "Add" button.
    • Screen will refresh and give you the option to add to another list.
    • When finished, click "Close"

Accessing A Saved Order

  • Click on "Saved Carts" on the right hand pane.
  • Click "View" button to look at a Saved Cart
    • To move order to your Shopping Cart, click the "Use" button
    • Click "OK"
  • Click "Use" button to move Saved Cart to your Shopping Cart.
    • Click "OK"
  • To delete a Saved Cart, click the "Delete" button.
